Summertime!  

Yes, it can get really hot and humid, but for many of us, that also means it’s time for vacation, the beach and cookouts. 

And since Memorial Day weekend is often considered the start of summer, it’s time to serve up a little science from our digital series Chew on This to go along with that cookout. We’re asking an important question if you like ketchup and mustard on your hot dog.
