This Month on Rootle PBS KIDS

Jelly, Ben and Pogo sit around a dinner table full of food with their families.

The month of May brings us wonderful moments to celebrate together! Rootle PBS KIDS honors Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month with featured shows and activities like Jelly, Ben & Pogo and Let's Go Luna! And on May 12th, the United States will observe Mother's Day, a special day to celebrate the moms in your life.

Many children were interested in April's total solar eclipse. Check out this month's community highlight, featuring Chapel Hill's Morehead Planetarium & Science Center! Explore all this and more below.

Jelly, Ben & Pogo on Rootle PBS KIDS

Jelly, Ben & Pogo is an animated short series featuring two Filipino-American siblings and their sea monster friend, Pogo. Each episode takes the three best friends on adventures and aims to help children learn how to approach problems, like saving an overheated lizard to helping a child face their fears, as well as learn about Filipino culture.

Watch Jelly, Ben & Pogo online and on the PBS KIDS App.

Let’s Go Luna!

Luna the moon guides three friends -- a wombat, a butterfly and a frog -- as they visit new places around the world with their parents' traveling performance troupe. To celebrate AANHPI heritage, explore places Luna and her troupe have visited, including Japan, China, Polynesia, Thailand, Turkey and India!

Watch Let’s Go Luna online or on the PBS KIDS App. Check the TV Schedules page to find more times to watch on Rootle PBS KIDS.
